How many appointments should I expect?


Each nutrition journey is tailored to individual needs. On average, our patients work with us for 6 to 9 months to achieve their wellness objectives. Once regular appointments are no longer needed, we are still available for ongoing support and check-ins as necessary.

How long will I spend in each appointment?

Your initial consultation will last one hour, giving us time to review your health history and goals. Follow-up appointments are usually 30 minutes and scheduled monthly until we reach those objectives together.

What patient populations do you serve?

We typically work with patients of all ages who have complex health needs. Our specialization is in the gluten-free diet for celiac disease, as well as individuals with various food allergies and sensitivities. We also support clients dealing with autoimmune conditions. Our practitioner is well-versed in MCAS, histamine intolerance, Lyme disease, and Alpha-Gal Syndrome. Additionally, we have experience with inflammatory conditions, particularly PCOS. We also offer support for weight loss and holistic wellness.

How do I login for telehealth appointments?

To book your appointment, call 405-757-1884. After scheduling, you’ll receive an email with a link to create an account with Gluten Free Wellness on the Healthie platform. Once your account is set up, you can find a button on the homepage to join your provider online.

Do you accept medical insurance?

Gluten Free Wellness is not in-network with any insurance companies and requires payment at the time of service. This approach allows our practitioner to dedicate more time and attention to each case.

Upon request, we can provide a coded Superbill for patients who wish to submit it to their insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Please note that benefits are not guaranteed.

We also accept HSA and FSA cards for payment.
